El día de la mujer emprendedora se celebró el 19 de Noviembre y me encanta la oportunidad que nos da la comunidad de @beentrepreneur con esta nueva [iniciativa](https://peakd.com/hive-140971/@beentrepreneur/mi-mayor-desafio-como-emprendedora) de expresar nuestras opiniones acerca de las mujeres emprendedores, también gracias al amigo @irvinc por la invitación. 

Creo que todas las mujeres llevamos el emprendimiento muy dentro de nosotras, lo que pasa que algunas lo desarrollan más que otras, pero la mujer tiene un don de crear y de hacer sueños realidades.

Women's entrepreneurship day was celebrated on November 19th and I love the opportunity that the @beentrepreneur community gives us with this new [initiative](https://peakd.com/hive-140971/@beentrepreneur/my-biggest-challenge-as-entrepreneur) to express our opinions about women entrepreneurs, also thanks to my friend @irvinc for the invitation. 

I believe that all women carry entrepreneurship deep inside us, what happens is that some develop it more than others, but women have a gift to create and make dreams come true.

Creo que todos hemos tenido desafíos al emprender unos más que otros, en mi caso estoy volviendo aventurarme a emprender, hace tiempo emprendí y el mayor desafío que debía superar era el de la hiperinflación en los costos en mi país, todos los días nuevos precios para los insumos, y en estos momentos creo que vamos por lo mismo, pero creo que si otros han podido salir adelante con estos obstáculos, yo también puedo.

Una de las cosas más importantes al emprender, es creer en uno mismo y desafiar los puntos de dolor por los que podemos pasar, es decir las dificultades a las que nos vamos a enfrentar porque siempre las habrán.

#### Una mujer Emprendedora que Conozco / An Entrepreneurial Woman I Know

Sigo desde hace mucho tiempo a una emprendedora que ya es muy famosa, es la creadora de la Línea  ***"Sin Par Joyas"*** su nombre es Susana Ruiz, ella es de profesión contadora, ella comenzó a trabajar con accesorios hace creo más de 15 años, alquilo una oficina para crear sus accesorios, para no trabajar desde su casa pues en casa con los niños trabajaba menos, así que se colocó un Horatio y comenzó en su pequeña oficina, al pasar un tiempo comenzó a dar cursos de Bisutería.

Los cursos de Susana comenzaron a ser populares, aunque el target de Susana era para personas con una capacidad monetaria alta,  ya que su oficina está en una de las torres que para ese momento tenía mucho prestigio en la ciudad de Maracay, como lo es la torre Cosmopolita.

Susana comenzó a diversificarse, ya no solo daba cursos de Bisutería fina, sino que comenzó a vender los insumos para la creación de bisutería, con el tiempo también creo su propia línea de alambres para crear accesorios la cual es muy conocida por su nombre Sin Par.

Pero Susana no quedó allí, sino que contrato profesores que dieran cursos tanto en Bisutería, como orfebrería y baños, algo que también ella aprendió y ahora no solo vende insumos sino que se convirtió en una escuela de Joyas.

Además de todo es una persona que inspira, en sus cuentas enseña de gastos, empresa, costos, entre muchas cosas más, además ya tiene varios empleados trabajando con amor para ella, lo que más me gusta es que ella vino desde abajo, se forjó un gran futuro y cada día sigue trabajando, creo que nunca pensó en irse del más país, pero si que sus piezas salieran del país algo que también logró.

Sin duda una emprendedora que logra motivar e inspirar.
