Como ya saben a mi parecer los platillos caseros suelen ser los más ricos que existen en el mundo, en especial cuando las manos que los elaboran son las de mi madre, quien día a día da lo mejor de sí para cocinar ricas preparaciones utilizando los recursos que tenemos a disposición, a pesar de las dificultades que puedan existir siempre se busca contar con almuerzos equilibrados y que cuenten con ensaladas y proteínas, además se procura minimizar el uso de aceites, sal y otros elementos que puedan ser perjudiciales para la salud, me cuenta que mis padres ya son personas de la tercera edad y por lo tanto se debe estar atento a sus hábitos de consumo.

This is how today she presented me with a lunch which consisted of white rice, stewed chicken with potatoes, carrots and zucchini, boiled ripe plantains and finally a delicious beet salad with potatoes, carrots and egg. From the moment I saw this combination I thought it was fantastic and the moment I tasted it I could enjoy rich and deep flavors, being the stewed chicken the one that stood out the most, in general terms it is a preparation with a lot of personality, where we could feel each texture and each flavor in a unique way.

Es de esta forma como el día de hoy me presentó un almuerzo el cual se componía de arroz blanco, pollo guisado con papas, zanahoria y calabacín, plátanos maduros sancochados y para finalizar una deliciosa ensalada remolacha con papas, zanahoria y huevo. Desde el momento en que la vi esta combinación me pareció fantástica y el momento de probarla pude disfrutar de ricos y profundos sabores, siendo el pollo guisado el que más destacaba, en términos generales se trata de una preparación con mucha personalidad, en donde pudimos sentir cada textura y cada sabor de una manera única.
