It is the middle of the week and it is raining, it seems that it will not stop, I would have preferred it to be a sunny day just for today, I think I have already gotten used to my blind date with coffee on this day.

If I'm not mistaken it's been two months since José Luis and I have become a tradition to invite an unknown cup of coffee every Wednesday. We have opted to choose a different coffee shop every week.

This has become a fun way to have our usual dark latte while catching up. It's nice for us to chat and give vent to our untold stories.

>Ya es mitad de semana y amaneció lloviendo, pareciera que no va a parar, hubiese preferido que solo por hoy fuera un día soleado, creo que ya me he acostumbrado a mi cita a ciegas con el café este día.

>Si no me equivoco ya hace dos meses que a José Luis y a mí se nos ha vuelto una tradición invitarnos una taza de café desconocida todos los miércoles. Hemos optado por escoger una cafetería cualquiera pero diferente cada semana.

>Esto se ha convertido en una manera divertida de tomar nuestro acostumbrado café con leche oscuro mientras nos ponemos al día. Es agradable para nosotros conversar y dar rienda suelta a nuestras historias pendientes por contar.

There is no specific time to share a coffee, but it seems that the time for us is in the afternoon after four o'clock, when we have finished our workday and we just want to clear our minds a little bit.

I enjoy these coffee afternoons, it is very nice when you can keep a fluent conversation with a person for hours without getting bored, while enjoying a good cup of coffee, even two.
Some people agree that coffee is best enjoyed with a good company and also with a good piece of bread either sweet or savory, I must say that my friend is one of those.

Today we decided to visit a coffee shop that has several branches in the city and recently opened one very close to downtown, this is one of our favorite areas because it is easy for both of us to go back home.
>No existe una hora específica para compartir un café, pero al parecer la de nosotros es en la tarde después de las cuatro, cuando ya hemos terminado nuestra jornada laboral y solo queremos despejar la mente un poco.

>Disfruto estas tardes de café, es muy agradable cuando puedes mantener una conversación fluida con una persona durante horas sin llegar a aburrirte, mientras disfrutas de una buena taza de café, incluso dos.

>Algunas personas están de acuerdo en que el café se disfruta mejor con una buena compañía y también con una buena pieza de pan ya sea dulce o salado, debo decir que mi amigo es uno de esos. Hoy decidimos conocer una cafetería que tiene varias sucursales en la ciudad y recientemente se abrió una muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, esta es una de nuestras zonas predilectas porque a ambos se nos hace fácil el regreso a casa.

I understand that it is a franchise type cafeteria, European with branches in several countries, the place we visited is quite small but very comfortable and sophisticated, it also has a space with outdoor tables where you can watch passersby passing by, we decided to stay inside because of the weather.

When you enter you are amazed with the display cases full of sweets and breads of all kinds and they offer a good service as it is a new place they have promotions with very good prices and the quality of their food is exceptional.
 
This time we decided to taste a delicious cappuccino accompanied by some sweets which were on promotion 3x2, very rich filled with apple and pastry cream, I was surprised when I found out that all these sweets come frozen directly from Spain.
>Tengo entendido que es una cafetería tipo franquicia, europea con sedes en varios países, el local que visitamos es bastante pequeño pero muy cómodo  y sofisticado, consta también de un espacio con mesas al aire libre donde puedes observar los transeúntes pasar, nosotros decidimos quedarnos dentro por el clima.

>Cuando entras te quedas admirado con las vitrinas repletas de dulces y panes de todo tipo y ofrecen un buen servicio, como es un local nuevo tienen promociones con muy buenos precios y la calidad de sus alimentos es excepcional.

>En esta oportunidad decidimos degustar un rico capuchino acompañado de unos dulces los cuales estaban en promoción de 3x2, muy ricos rellenos de manzana y crema pastelera, quedé sorprendida cuando me enteré que todos estos dulces vienen congelados directamente de España.

They also offer a variety of cold coffees, as well as different options of breads, croissant and flaky sweets that you can enjoy as breakfast, lunch or dinner, apparently it is having a lot of success in our country with its three branches in different areas of the city.

As for the coffee I can say that the Cappuccino was very well prepared and Jose Luis who is a lover of this drink agreed with me, served in a beautiful white porcelain cup with the name of the coffee shop, I do not know what brand of coffee it was but it had a quite marked aroma, with a slight vanilla flavor and a very creamy texture, really exquisite.

Every meeting and every coffee is different and exciting, to be able to resume our conversations is something very pleasant that contributes to strengthen our friendship, it is an instant connection that is given to us no matter how much time has passed since our last coffee on Wednesdays.

>También ofrecen una variedad de cafés fríos, además de diferentes opciones de panes, croissant y dulces hojaldrados que puedes disfrutar como desayuno, almuerzo o cena, al parecer está teniendo mucho éxito en nuestro país con sus tres sucursales en las distintas zonas de la ciudad.

>En cuanto al café puedo decir que el Capuchino estaba muy bien preparado y José Luis que es un amante de esta bebida estuvo de acuerdo conmigo, servido en una hermosa taza blanca de porcelana con el nombre de la cafetería, no sé qué marca de café era pero tenía un aroma bastante marcado, con un leve sabor a vainilla y una textura muy cremosa, realmente exquisito.

>Cada encuentro y cada café es diferente y emocionante, poder retomar nuestras conversaciones es algo muy agradable que contribuye a afianzar  nuestra amistad, es una conexión instantánea que se nos da sin importar el tiempo que haya pasado desde nuestro último café de los miércoles.
