So, yesterday, based on the desires of my mom, I made peppered puff puff! Last time I made this was on Christmas Eve and my mom loved them. My sugar measurement was awesome, however, I haven't properly gotten the shape right. I took pictures, and coz I wanna start publicizing my culinary skills, I'm going to share with you the simple procedure of making your own Nigerian peppered puff puff coz I like you. Puff puff is really easy to make, and for this serving of 7 I used: 3 cups baking four 2 and a half teaspoon yeast 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 and a half teaspoon red pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 and 1/3 cup of warm water. Enough vegetable oil to deep fry  First off, you'll need a nice and dry bowl like this or something fancier, whatever.  Now, you pour in all your dry ingredients.  Next, you mix them all together with your clean hands, emphasis on clean. Pour in the water gradually and make sure you get all the dry ingredients all mixed together.  When you're done, your mixture should look like this or smoother even. Now it's time for the magic!  cover your mixture in the bowl. Here, I used a nylon bag, you could use a pot cover or whatever gets the contents air shut. Keep it covered up for 40 t0 45 minutes.  TADAAA!!! If you're yeast was really living, your contents should have doubled in size and are ready to get fried.  Heat up your oil in a pan or a pot and drop the contents on the oil in small quantities. I never get this part right though, I'm not good at making this stuff come out round like it's supposed to. But meh, it tastes amazing.  Let them get golden brown like this, drain our as much oil as possible and serve with chilled coca cola or just eat it.
