Hola foodies :) espero que se encuentren muy bien, yo sigo intentando mantener mi alimentación variada, saludable, pero sobre todo sabrosa así que estoy experimentando un poco y cocinando más, cocinar salado no es muy lo mío, pero cada tanto lo hago y hoy vengo a compartirles una receta.

Para esta tarta vamos a necesitar espinaca aproximadamente dos tazas de espinaca cocina, 5 huevos, yo use 4 grandes y me pareció que faltaba uno, ricota o requesón 100 gramos, condimentos a gusto yo use ajo en polvo, órgano y un condimento mixto de tomates secos, pimentón y cebolla deshidratada, una tapa de masa de tarta, queso a gusto.

Primero cocine y escurrí la espinaca y la puse en la procesadora, ahí mismo agregue los huevos, la ricota, y los condimentos y procese todo junto, este proceso se puede hacer a mano, pero hay que picar la espinaca a mano.

Cuando se hace este proceso hay que chequear como se ve, puede que falte huevo, yo terminé agregando 4 huevos, pero considero que uno más podría mejorar la receta.

Con el relleno listo esta más de la mitad del trabajo hecho, solo hace falta ponerlo en una tartera y a cocinar, hay que chequear la altura de la tartera, la mía tiene una falange de algo que son como 3 cm, y la masa debe trepar por la pared para contener el relleno, si esto está bien no hay forma de fallar.

Esparcí todo el relleno lo más parejo posible y le agregué queso, la carita fue porque no tenía tanto queso cremoso y completé con queso rallado, la cocción es bastante rápida, fueron 25 minutos en horno a 180 grados.

Es una receta super simple y rápida de hacer, además queda muy rica, y la espinaca es una buena verdura, y es de mis preferidas :3, espero les haya gustado.
