THE NEED FOR COMMUNITY BUILDING ON THE STEEM BLOCKCHAIN

In our modern society, everyone walking the face of the Earth belongs to one community or another. A community is not just where you originate from but where you found yourself at that moment is also your community. We can easily tell others, this is where I belong and they can relate because every community have their different goals.

Communities on the Steem Blockchain primary goal is support, we can all see that if you belong to one. They all have different purposes but while fulfiling such purposes, they in return assists their members in growing. A crowd is quick to recongnise especially when you have the stakes.

Why do you need to build a community? This question is like asking why do people build houses or have offices. An organisation employs people and their aim is to get to a larger audience because just the owner or CEO cannot do every duty on his/her own, they surely needs assistance and reason why you hear the names Curators on Steem. Curie is one big example, these curators helps to find quality good content post and submit it for curation. This curation is to encourage the Author to always do more and the percentage % of votes one gets depends on how good a post is. How does this relates to community building? Do you know that your post can easily be seen and submitted for upvotes when you join a Community. Joining a community and making friends can be a plus again, imagine having a friend or peope that always love the way you present and attend to issues when one a general discord community meeting or during a talk show. Already, you sure will be smiling on every payout.

Building a community with good reputation, you can start up a community and fail at it. One thing that needs to be clear, you don't need to have thousands or millions of steem power before you start thinking or build a community, you can start by giving incentives through contest and slowly you will be having more people visiting. We all know some people joins communities because of what they can get from and not how they can make it grow. When you have someone like acidyo, surpassinggoogle or even V4vapid throw up a contest. I will guarantee you that hundreds of entry will zoom in and why you ask. They have built a good reputation on the Blockchain and wouldn't doubt for once if they are going to pay at the end of the contest. We all know they will and may even decide to add more to what they promise earlier.

Everyone house needs a foundation to stand, likewise every community needs people to grow. Join one today and build a good relationship.
