And this job is special. The fact is that for about two years in a row, I had a nice student Inga, who was preparing for admission to the University of Architecture, and she needed skills in drawing watercolors. We usually drew our own work, and in the course of drawing, I showed her different techniques and tricks in painting by example. But one day I suggested that we both draw one work, because this way I can clearly see where the student made mistakes, and she could perfectly see how I do certain drawing techniques. As a result, after a few lessons, we came out with this watercolor. When the work was completely finished, I invited Inga to put her signature, because she honestly tried and deserved to take this drawing to her archive.</center> <center>Так как я не только рисую сам, но и веду частные уроки живописи, то в моей фотоколлекции есть работы не только выполненные моей рукой, но также рисунки учеников. Но вот эта работа - особенная. Дело в том, что примерно два года подряд у меня занималась одна славная девушка Инга, которая готовилась к поступлению в архитектурный университет, и ей требовались навыки рисования акварелью. Обычно мы рисовали каждый свою работу, и по ходу рисования я на примере показывал разные техники и хитрости в живописи. Но однаждя я предложил вариант, чтобы ми рисовали одну работу, потому что так мне наглядно видней, где ученица допускала ошибки, а она отлично могла видеть то, как я делаю те или иные приёмы рисования. В результате через несколько уроков у нас вышла вот такая акварель. This is a nice painting with a certain fairytale quality to it. Beautiful, vibrant colors, too. You tought Inga well :-) and that is worth more than having done the painting in your own hand. The only art teacher I ever had was an asshole who told me I had "no talent" and I believed him for over 50 years. Only lately am I finding out that painting is a joy that can be learned by anyone.
