<div class="text-justify">Something that could be evidenced with the pandemic is that from all circumstances you can take the positive side and continue learning, in the specific case of education, we could see how teachers adapted, adapted their strategies, methodologies and especially were very creative to continue teaching distance classes, at that time the house became the school so parents needed their guidance to give continuity to the teaching process of their children and avoid stopping it during that long period of time, thus adopting the distance learning mode.

However, on the other hand, there are also teachers and students who consider that interaction and meeting in the classroom are very important, so they prefer classes under the face-to-face modality, emphasizing that both modalities have their advantages and disadvantages and that they can also be carried out together.

Now, in this context, I would like to emphasize that as a teacher there are several functions that must be fulfilled, which are not only limited to classroom classes, for example, being a member of coordinating curricular units, participation in various committees, meetings, tutorials for internships or final degree projects, among others, which can absorb much of the time.

And although it has been mentioned that every circumstance leaves learning, it is important as a teacher to reflect on how to manage time, activities, and the different functions, highlighting that the classroom meeting is the one that gives the greatest satisfaction as a teacher.

 That is why, in this opportunity I want to focus on some tips that can help when performing different activities related to teaching and where you can continue to use creativity to better manage time, to get the most out of it.

Let's start with the preparation of the classes, even though it is sometimes the same subject that is taught every year, the study groups are different so you must have a good attitude when preparing them, so that you enjoy presenting the content to the students, taking every opportunity to guide and motivate them, which can be achieved by creating different support material, didactic, original, creative, even creating a database of the content.

Perhaps because of the daily routine and different personal or work situations it can be a little stressful to teach classes, and even more so when there are several groups to attend the same day, which generates fatigue, it is here where you can create some routines that allow flow and progress in class, the important thing is to enjoy the interaction and thus feel that the time in the classroom becomes little.

Another of the activities of a teacher is the correction of exams, which can become an exhausting and stressful activity due to the number of tasks to correct or the strategy used, so alternatives can be sought, such as correction in pairs, formulating online tests, forums, using different types of evaluations, having more organization in the note formats, greater use of technology, among others.

Attendance or planning of meetings, these should be limited to the aspects that really need to be discussed and avoid extending them.

It is important to avoid leaving activities for the weekend so that a morning or a day of the week can be dedicated to the rest of the activities such as answering emails, sending some information, among others.

As we see it is important to identify the activities that require more dedication, so as teachers we must learn to manage time in the best way and enjoy what we do, valuing every moment and the opportunities to share with students.
