Making parchita jelly for the first time [eng/esp]

Hello friends of this community I hope you are very well I know I have been a little missing but today I want to show you something different for me which was to make for the first time a parchita jelly.

This is a different jelly because it has no sugar, as it is part of the product of my final school project and it has to be low in sugar, therefore I made it in the necessary way for the product, I say this in case you see any different or not so common procedure.
For this jelly the only thing I needed were two parchitas and bee honey, first I chopped the two parchitas and took out the filling, as one of the pachitas is quite big I cut it in four and removed the peel as such, to take the white inner part to parboil.

Hola amigos de esta comunidad Espero que estén muy bien sé que he estado un poco desaparecida pero hoy quiero mostrarles algo diferente para mí que fue hacer por primera vez una jalea de parchita.

Esta es una jalea diferente porque no tiene azúcar, ya que es parte del producto de mi proyecto final de la escuela y tiene que ser baja en azúcar, por ende la hice de la manera necesaria para el producto, lo digo por si ven algún procedimiento distinto o no tan común. 

Para esta jalea lo único que necesite fueron dos parchitas y miel de abejas, primero pique las dos parchitas y les saqué el relleno, como una las pachitas está bastante grande la Piqué en cuatro  y les quite la cascara como tal, para llevar la parte interna blanca a sancochar.

While in a pot I let the inside part of the shell to parboil, in another smaller pot I put the filling of the parchitas which are the seeds so that these were separating from the liquid, I was beating the seeds for about 5 to 10 minutes, if it was getting dry I added a little water.

In this step I think I did not do so well because I let them dry a little more than they should have and the next step was the time to strain them to remove the seeds, the juice did not come out as much as I wanted, although that was not as much of a problem in the end.

Mientras que en una olla deje que la parte de adentro de la cáscara se sancocharan en otra olla más pequeñas coloque el relleno de las parchitas que vienen siendo las semillas para que estas se fueran separando de líquido, Eso sí, sin dejar de batirlas, estuve batiendo las semillas alrededor de 5 a 10 minutos, si se iba secando añadía un poquito de agua.

En este paso creo que no me fue tan bien porque las deje secar un poco más de lo que debían y al siguiente paso que fue el momento de colarlas para retirar las semillas no salió tanto jugo como quería, aunque eso al final no fue tanto problema.

With the peels when they are ready, let them cool and then blend them, I added a little bit of water so that it wouldn't be so thick.

I then mixed the juice with the liquefied peels and added the honey until I had a pleasant taste. I think it was very good! Thanks for reading!

Con las cáscaras cuando ya veamos que estén listas las deje enfriar para luego licuarlas, igual les añadía un poquito de agua para que no quedara tan espeso.

Después mezcle el jugo con las cáscaras licuadas y fui añadiendo la miel hasta tener un sabor agradable. a mi parecer me quedo muy buena! ¡Gracias por leer!
