Who has no weaknesses? I myself weakness of friends there are many. It seems everyone has been ransacked with the Above to have shortcomings in different forms. Therefore do not be discouraged friends. Keep appearing confident and strong in your heart to deal with all the risks due to the weakness.

It is true that the saying goes "no body is perfect". Each of the people we know in this life must have its own unique and distinct flaws. When you understand about it and then tolerate to understand it then also your emotional side is formed to become more humane.

In the past, I thought that strengthening the heart was just as arrogant. Later I just understood that strengthening your heart is more than just an ordinary motivation that makes us ready to bear any pain and humiliation that will be accepted. Where this power of the heart is expressed by being indifferent to all the negative allusions. This is where I think that this attitude is the same as arrogance when it is not at all friends.

After my good analysis it proved that when we boast in weakness then that's when we try to hide the real flaws. This is obviously a friend's fault. Never hide your weakness. Being honest with yourself and trying to be honest with others makes it even more comforting.

The unfortunate fact I found when I saw a friend vent his anger (because he was weak) and tried to force others to be as weak as he was. This is a very unintelligent and damaging impulse. Some other people oppress others to cover up their weaknesses and satisfy the heart with all the evil. These things obviously do not bring good friends because you are on the wrong path.

Back in the main discussion that is related to communication style. Communication has wide meaning and variant applications. Everyone can also not talk vulgar and verbal though it can be called communicating. All the real appearances shown by a leader in public can be a means of communication. The clothes he uses, the vehicles he uses, the homes he has, especially the style of speech he does will give the perception of communication in front of his subordinates. An angry word for a leader is commonplace. As a human being, a leader-with a lot of agendas in his brain and busyness in his daily life-is very natural to get his condition in fatigue and emotional instability when faced with a certain momentum. Then the condition of anger or emotional is a fairness as the basic nature of human that fluctuate and tentative.

But behind all that, there is one fundamental study that a leader is created as someone who should be full of polish. This polishing is understood that a leader must have sufficient experience, establishment of knowledge in the context of leadership, and have expertise in building mass communication. Of the three criteria, a leader must have the advantages of knowledge from others and emotional stability much better than his subordinates. This is as a characteristic or differentiation of a person as a leader or subordinate.

Consciously or not, sooner or later, sowing good is the same as preparing granaries of blessing for the future. If you do good undoubtedly the positive prayers you receive from others will someday change and irritate your life, sooner or later.

Be patient in all our shortcomings. Not as long as the pole has surrendered, do not be ridiculed it is weak, do not be degraded by others we are desperate and want to end life. I say once again friend Strengthen Your Heart!
