Points to follow to make your investment relatively safe

Hello friends, there is no single formula of success either in routine life or in business world. Things become more tricky in business world. People like to invest in order to earn extra income either to fulfil their futuristic needs or better retirement plan.

Investing itself is not an easy task if you are nomad here. You can easily deprive from your equity if you don't invest it wisely. There are few points which may help you to keep your investment relatively safe.

1) The first step is to set your goal. How much equity you want to earn? Why you want to earn? What is your need and how much money you can afford to loose. Remember market has no one way traffic. It can make or break you any time. Beside the profit there is probability of big loss. Better to understand the risk involved in the market and never invest the money which you can't afford to loose.

2) Before investment, do your own research. It will help you from big loss, beside increasing your confidence. Lack of confidence easily distract you from your ambition. Better technical analysis, know the market dynamics past performance may help to have better understanding of market

3) Diversify you portfolio. There is no need to lay all eggs in one basket. Either you invest in banks, stocks, bonds, precious metal, or even in crypto world. Try to diversify your portfolio. Portfolio diversification will make your investment relatively safe and give cushion if one investment observe dip.

4) Booking profit on regular basis. Any profit is useless unless you extract the profit. If you are involved in crypto world you are aware of this rule. We often see many investors fail to extract profit due to their greed and te end they observe big loss due to dip in price. Booking profit will help to build your portfolio beside increasing your confidence.

5 Last but not least, learn from your mistakes. We all commit mistakes. People who learn from mistake and never repeat the same mistake make their investment safe. What is your opinion my friends?
