And if we specifically talk about knowing and understanding our emotions then there's no other way rather answering these to thyself. Having a clear idea about our emotions can make our life easy in so many different ways. ***The best outcome we can have by understanding our emotions is 'better grip over our response and reaction'.*** *Suppose, someone broke up with his/her partner and acting abnormally because they don't know about their emotional flows and how to deal with it. And some other know how it may feel and take measures in advance to deal with it because he/she has a clear idea about their emotions. Now, what you would prefer? I guess the second one. Because that's what sound rational, right?* It's easy to understand, how understanding our emotions can help us in every step of life. But the thing is even knowing this we sometimes choose to skip knowing and dealing with our emotions because of fear and many unknown causes. Of you notice closely, you will probably find we mostly wait for events to react and respond rather make ourselves prepare for it. This is the main reason we don't feel the need. But... *Some very basic mindful practice, brain games, meditation can help us to build a better connection with our inner self. And this is how we can have a better understanding of 'what will'.* So, don't ignore knowing yourself!
