The Italians are already working on an electric supercar
The leadership of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, in the face of its CEO, Sergejo Marchionne, has reacted quite angrily to a journalistic question about his views on the dynamic qualities of Tesla's cars, according to Autoevolution.
The FCA boss has literally fallen into rage after being asked if he is worried about the fact that the Tesla Model S P100D accelerates from 0 to 96 km / h faster than Ferrari LaFerrari. However, Marquione has managed to get away with the answer that the first real electric supercar in the world will be made by Ferrari and will meet all the standards of the brand.
The top manager refused to reveal how the company would make such a model, but his words make it clear that Ferrari is already working on a similar project. In its turn, the publication notes that the Italian manufacturer has a solid experience in Formula 1, where hybrid technologies have developed in recent years. And some of them can be used precisely in this direction.

According to Autoevolution, Ferrari's future electric supercar will accelerate from 0 to 96 km / h in less than 2 seconds. For the time being, Tesla Roadster (pictured) boasts a similar result, with its release announced at about 1.9 seconds.
