Abalone Congee 鲍鱼粥
Hi Steemians, long time no see~~ Really glad to be back to steemit after a tough week for a paper deadline. Since last week I was too busy to cook nice food for myself, today I decide to make some nice congee to comfort my stomach - Abalone Congee.

Ingredients | Quantities
------------ | -------------
Steamed rice | 1 cup
Avalone | 2, medium size
Spring onions | 1

Methods:
1 put 1 cup of steamed rice into a small sauce pot, add some hot water and boil on a high heat until the rice is really tender.
2 chop the abalone into small pieces, pour them into the pot and keep boiling for another 2 minutes
3 dice the spring onion and add to the pot, dressing some salt - Enjoy

> 材料 | 用量
> ------------ | -------------
> 米饭 | 一小碗
> 鲍鱼 | 2个，中等大小
> 小葱 | 1颗

做饭：
1 准备一个小的锅子，将米饭放进去，加一些热水，大火煮，直到米粒开花，特别软（大概需要5-6分钟）
2 将鲍鱼切成小粒，放进锅里，继续煮2分钟左右，不要煮太久，会老
3 将小葱切末，撒在粥上，加点盐调味 - 开动吧！

鲍鱼粥是大连特别常吃的家常菜，我个人不喜欢加过多的调味品，因为鲍鱼本身已经非常鲜了！这碗粥真的好治愈啊~~
