NATURAL HERBAL MEDICINE

Good night everyone on this occasion I will share stories about how to make natural herbal medicine and this is original from my mother, my mother made this to sell it to her friends and to the market market where I live, I hope this is useful for you all.
And this natural herbal medicine can increase endurance and can increase appetite and can reduce cholesterol, cancer, and is good for the stomach.

MATERIALS :
* palm sugar
* ginger + red ginger
* lemongrass
* galangal
* blackpepper
* cloves
* cinnamon
* pandan leaves
* match lime

STEP :
1. crush the palm sugar until smooth
2. fingers of cloves until dry until blackish
3. crush the cloves until smooth
4. boil the lemongrass until it boils then use the water
5. add the palm sugar and the galangal cloves into the boiling water
6. stir until blended so that the water is cold
7. then wait until it dries and until everything becomes hard
8. crush until it becomes powder.
