本文的主题是个人学用英语三部曲（输入、词串、输出，简称ICO）中输出的一个部分，把学到的词串放到日常生活场景中，给串起来，更好的促进学用。可能存在诸多错误，欢迎拍砖。

### 01  学用英语三部曲


##### A Input 输入
 
输入的途径有：学习Tracy老师的课程，练习发音；在可可APP上听故事；日常生活词汇查字典；讨论区和学习群获取有用的词汇（相互分享的和讨论的）。

##### B Collocation 词串

词串的学习和掌握非常重要。途径有：日常对话、群内作业摘串、Tracy老师课程和公号中的词串、自己喜欢的书虫故事中的词串等。通过一些简单的交流、阅读，学会摘串，并把词串应用到日常情景中，达到牢牢的掌握并使用。

#### C Output 输出

输出主要途径：社群和讨论区聊天分享、应用于日常生活词串造句、写文章梳理归纳总结等。今天的文章就属于输出的一种形式。


### 02 "get up"词串造句

 One day morning, when I was sleeping,Suddenly,the alarm clock went off,it was screaming wildly,because I forgot to get the alarm  at low volume.

 I grabbed the alarm clock and hit the snooze button.I was  so still sleepy,and I had a bad dram last night, so I really want to sleep some more and let me catch  five more minutes to sleep.

I fell asleep agian.……

"It's time to get up, nearly 7 o'clock, get up right away, you are  sleephead." someone said .  I slept like a babay that time,How sweet to sleep.

 when I opened my eyes again, Oh,my god,it must be late, I got up immediately and got dressed, grabbed some breakfast,  and went to work.

### 03 "brush teeth "词串造句

One morning, when I was brushing my teeth ,I found my gums are bleeding,oh,how comes?

I thought it is very important to have a good oral hygiene habit.

we need to keep our mouth clean、free of disease and other problems like bad breath.It was very useful for smokers to use mult-beinifit toothpaste and blast whitening toothpaste.

and what kind of toothpaste do you use? I really like to use 云南白药 toothpaste.what kind of flavor do you like? I prefer to use icy mint flavor.

Have you used  liquid gel toothpaste? or wished to use? To be honest,I haven't used liquid gel toothpaste,because I knew very little about liquid gel toothpaste,and I have an idea to use liquit gel toothpaste .

There are three suggestions  to everyone in order to keep your mouth clean and remove bad breath if you had.

The first,  To use mouthwash or brush your teeth after meals;

The second , To eat  more fruits and vegetables,less meat and drinks;

The third,  we need to kill the germs that cause bad breath ,so it is a good choice to use icy mint flavor toothpaste or multi-benifit toothpaste to keep our fresh breath.

如何把学到的东西用出来，真正的变为对自己有用，这是一个需要反复思考和实践的事情。而最终是否真的有用，只取决于自己能用多少，怎么去用，这就需要通过实践去反馈，而本文亦是一个反馈的手段，说出来，写出来，不仅给自己看，更多的是给自己提供反馈，有效促进再输入。

Time flies.时间过的飞快，I have been  practicing spoken english for a month,我学习并练习英语快一个月了，但总觉得时间不够用。我需要再梳理一下自己的学习思路和过程，我相信少就是多，慢就是快。
