Can you put a link to your project? I'm intrigued, but I'm not sure what you're building, or how it can be used. It looks like a python package, but I'd love to know more.

It's a low-level library that lets you interface with the network. If you want to actually use it, I would recommend you look into [piston](http://piston.rocks) which is more easy to use as a library and even comes with a command line tool.
