Hello to all friends of PLAY GAMER TOKEN [PGM] community, now for about 1 month the project @pgm-curator is going on, and we think it's time to activate it at 100%! 

For those who don't know how it works here is a very simple guide: 

- User delegate HP (hive power) to @pgm-curator 
- The pgm-curator account will send liquid HIVES every day to those who have delegated. 
- The liquid Hive that will arrive are based on how much voting power is used 

Example: 

With a proxy of 100 HP you have a vote of $0.01. 

For every vote the account will give 100% your voting power will contribute and go towards giving you $0.009 in liquid HIVE per vote. 

So if the @pgm-curator account gives 10 100% votes in one day you will receive, according to this example, 0.09 liquid HIVE. 

While every week 300 PGMs will be divided among the delegators the more HP you delegate the more PGMs you will receive.

At this point we explain how the PGM care program is run. 

Our token currently does not yet have the function of gaining PGM with the tag #pgm so we have to adapt to what HIVE offers for the moment and since we do not want it to remain a TIP token we have added this new function on the discord of PGM that you can find by clicking on this link : https://discord.gg/Ts22tqxQhv :

The folder "@ PGM-CURATOR || SUPPORT" has a lot of functions the most important is # vote-curator that is a channel where you are required to make a screen payment of 1 PGM to receive votes, but we explain well and better especially!

**#1** The first step is to send 1 PGM to @pgm-curator and then send in the # vote-curator channel a screen of the PGM transition.

Then send the link of the post that should receive the vote in the # link-post-vote section as in this example:

At this point I @zottone444 will see if the payment has been made and if the post is not spam and respects the guidelines of the community. 

After having passed these steps I will vote manually the post with the vote of @pgm-curator , @zottonetoken , @zottone444 and @zottone4 at 100%.

**WHY THIS?**

My goal, as creator of PGM is to offer efficient and useful services but above all that can give a lot to the community that decides to invest in the project. At the moment the account @pgm-curator was giving a vote between 50% and 75% to all posts with the tag #pgm, obviously this was not fair to those who paid to receive a vote of 100%, so we decided to decrease the votes that we were going to give to posts with the tag #pgm ranging between 50% (excellent posts) and 10%, with an average vote of 25% so as to ensure a higher vote to those who will pay with PGM.

**SMALL TIPS TO EARN 100% FROM 4 VOTES**


Since as said before we only want the best for the community here are some tips to earn 100%. 

At present the accounts @zottone444 , @zottone4 and @zottonetoken have the following tokens in stake: 

- 1UP
- BEE 
- POB 

these tokens to make you earn need the help of a # tag 

- BEE = # hive-engine
- 1UP = oneup (this is only valid for video games) 
- POB = proofofbrain 

These will allow you to earn 100% of the rewards that should exceed 1$ in value, so a 90% gain if you go to buy the token.

Ciao a tutti amici della community di PLAY GAMER TOKEN [PGM] , orami da circa 1 mese il progetto @pgm-curator va avanti , e crediamo sia arrivata ora di attivarlo al 100%! 

Per chi non sapesse come funziona ecco una guida veramente semplice: 

- Utente delega HP (hive power) a @pgm-curator 
- L'account pgm-curator invierà ogni giorno degli HIVE liquidi a chi ha delegato. 
- Gli Hive liquidi che arriveranno sono in base a quanto potere di voto viene utilizzato 

Esempio: 

Con una delega di 100 HP hai un voto di 0,01$ 

Per ogni voto che darà l'account al 100% il tuo potere di voto contribuirà e andrà a ridarti 0,009$ in HIVE liquidi per voto. 

Quindi se l'account @pgm-curator da 10 voti al 100% in un giorno tu riceverai , secondo questo esempio , 0,09 HIVE liquidi. 

Mentre ogni settimana verranno divisi tra i deleganti 300 PGM più HP deleghi più PGM ricevi.

A questo punto spieghiamo come si svolge il programma di cura di PGM. 

Il nostro token attualmente non ha ancora la funzione di guadagno di PGM con il tag #pgm quindi ci dobbiamo adeguare a quello che ci offre per il momento HIVE e siccome non vogliamo che rimanga un TIP token abbiamo aggiunto questa nuova funzione sul discord di PGM che trovate cliccando su questo link : https://discord.gg/Ts22tqxQhv :

La cartella "@ PGM-CURATOR || SUPPORT" ha un sacco di funzioni  la più importate è # vote-curator cioè un canale dove viene richiesto uno screen del pagamento di 1 PGM per ricevere dei voti , ma spieghiamo bene e meglio soprattutto!

**#1** Il primo passo da fare è inviare 1 PGM a @pgm-curator e successivamente inviare nel canele # vote-curator uno screen della transizione del PGM.

Successivamente andrà inviato il link del post che deve ricevere il voto nella sezione # link-post-vote come in questo esempio:

A questo punto io @zottone444 andrà a vedere se il pagamento è stato effettuato e se il post non è spam e rispetta le linee guida della community. 

Dopo aver superato questi passaggi andremò a votare in maniera manuale il post con il voto di @pgm-curator , @zottonetoken , @zottone444 e @zottone4 al 100%

**PERCHÈ QUESTO?** 

Il mio obbiettivo , come creatore di PGM è offrire servizi efficienti e utili ma soprattutto che possano dare molto a la community che decide di investire sul progetto. Allo stato attuale l'account di cura @pgm-curator dava un voto tra il 50% e il 75% a tutti i post con il tag #pgm , ovviamente questa cosa non era giusta per chi pagava per ricevere un voto del 100% , quindi abbiamo deciso di diminuire i voti che andavamo a dare ai post con il tag #pgm che variano tra il 50% (post eccellenti) e il 10% , con una media di voto del 25% cosi da assicurare un voto più alto a chi pagherà con PGM.

**PICCOLI CONSIGLI PER GUADAGNARE IL 100% DAI 4 VOTI**


Siccome come detto prima vogliamo solo il meglio per la community ecco a voi  qualche consiglio per guadagnare il 100%. 

Allo stato attuale gli account @zottone444 , @zottone4 e @zottonetoken hanno i seguenti token in stake: 

- 1UP
- BEE 
- POB 

questi token per farvi guadagnare hanno bisogno dell'ausilio di un tag # 

- BEE = # hive-egnine
- 1UP = oneup (questo valido solo per i videogiochi) 
- POB = proofofbrain 

Questi vi permetterà di guadagnare il 100% delle ricompense che dovrebbero superare il 1$ di valore , quindi un guadagno del 90% se voi andate ad acquistare il token.
