Hair. What has Breathing got to do with Hair..? Actually Breathing got to do with our whole life. Yes, Hair included. 

An individual can stay alive without eating for a number of days. Less days, staying alive without drinking. Anyone still alive for a month without Breathing..? Do tell me please.

Thus, Breathing is that so very important for Our survival, Total Health shall include caring this body system - respiratory. Although some people know less about Breathing as compared to other topic such as Power, and Money, they take it for granted.

Others may study Breathing and practicing from their study, leading a better life in relations to proper Breathing.

This others, a majority part may be pursuing the art involving better Breathing techniques. Such as Yoga, or Martial Art. This is really good because air is free. No one being charged sucking more air (Oxygen, especially) than the rest on this flat Earth.

My study on Breathing thus far has reached a level known by a few as Power Breathing.

This study has involved the realization of toxic intake. From the surrounding, especially Chemtrail, also from the water we drink, and from the food we eat, and other ways of toxicity inside and outside Our body.

The best way to protect Our body is Detoxification. Yet there are toxic inside Our body that we can only rid through Breathing.

Toxic waste inside Our body, there is a program of Priority. Our Subconscious Mind will decide where to place these toxic so we still perform. When there are too much toxic the decision is to put in the nerve routes on Our heads and this relate to Hair Problems.

Therefore this is Power Breathing.

Inhale and count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4 while doing so.
Pause Inhaling and count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4.
Next Exhale, and count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4.
Pause Exhaling and count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4.
Then Breath freely.

The idea of Power Breathing is to exhale the greatest amount of air, so that this habit can rid toxic in Our body, and there is no other way to rid these toxic.
