<div class="text-justify"> Greetings, Hivers friends, once again sharing another post, this time a slightly different one. I've been feeling discomfort in my body, and I'm almost certain it's my kidneys since I feel bloated, so it could be fluid retention. I have my natural remedy that I use when I feel this way, but I'm also already looking forward to my doctor's appointment next week, since nothing should be left to chance.

This natural remedy consists of plant leaves, three (3) of the purple Tua Tua and a single Colombian one. I don't know if they have other names in different countries, but here in Venezuela we know them by that name.

The preparation is simple. I put a liter of water in a pot, along with the leaves. After washing them very well, I let it cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Then I let it sit at room temperature until it cools. Then I remove the leaves and place them in a container, but I like to leave them in the pot in the refrigerator. I have 24 hours to drink that liter of water.

This natural remedy is incredible, and after taking it, you have to wait a reasonable amount of time for it to have the desired effect of reducing swelling in my body.

>Saludos amigos Hivers nuevamente compartiendo otra publicación está vez una algo distinta puesto que he sentido un malestar en mí cuerpo y estoy casi segura que son los riñones puesto que me siento hinchada así que podría ser retención de líquido, tengo mí remedio natural qué utilizo cuando me siento así de esa forma pero de igual manera también ya espero la cita con el doctor para la próxima semana ya que no se debe dejar nada al azar.

>La preparación es sencilla coloco  un litro de agua en una olla así cómo las hojas después de lavarlas muy bien y dejo cocinar a fuego lento por espacio de 20 minutos y después dejo reposar a temperatura ambiente hasta qué se enfríe, luego le retiro las hojas y puedo colocar en un envase pero a mí me gusta dejarla en la olla dentro de la nevera, tengo 24 horas para tomarme ese litro de agua.
