Querido diario:

Hoy fue un día bonito, me desperté feliz y a pesar de tener que organizar muchas cosas para solucionar circunstancias inmediatas, siento que voy volviendo a disfrutar cositas que me dan pequeños shots de alegría.

Fui a mi cita sicológica, pude ir en taxi ya que me llegó un cupón de 2 viajes gratis, así que no tuve que ir caminando bajo el sol y mi taxi costo $0,00.

Mi terapia de hoy fue buena, voy descubriendo cosas, sanando, dándome cuenta de avances y sigo teniendo la convicción que elegír mis consultas con la siquiatra y la sicóloga ha sido lo mejor. Aún falta camino, pero ya se ve luz.

Al regresar mi esposo me invitó un té helado en nuestro café favorito cercano a casa @paryuscafe, donde te tomas un té de jamaica y limón demasiado bueno y además puedes pagar en $HBD.

Tenía tiempo sin ir, así que conversamos bastante con su dueña, organizando algunas actividades que deseamos realizar allí, mientras César conversaba, yo aproveché de leer un poco, porque en este café tienen libros que puedes disfrutar junto a tu café o té, según lo prefieras.

Pasé un momento agradable, escuchamos boleros, mi mente se fue a la época en que mi mamá colocaba sus LP en su tocadiscos. Bajó el sol, agendamos ideas, reímos y luego del té nos fuimos caminando a casa, que queda muy cerca.

La dueña dice que Paryus es un mundo bonito donde ocurren muchas cosas mágicas. Así que yo estuve Paryureando un rato y eso me hizo bien. Hay días así, hay otros no tan así. Pero eso es la vida. Se que a muchos no les gusta los químicos, pero debo reconocer que gracias a mi tratamiento estoy volviendo a ver algo de luz y eso es bueno.
