Hello, my beautiful people of Hive! I hope you are all doing great and enjoying a well-deserved rest with your family.

I've been wanting to post in the @creativecuisine community for some time and finally the opportunity arose, so today I bring you a recipe that is my adoration and also lends itself to bring out our artistic side, because I think that, definitely, in cooking you can also make art.

In today's video I will show you how to make a Focaccia, but not just any focaccia, because the one we will make today will be an **Artistic Focaccia** which is actually very easy to make, however it requires something that is very precious to all of us, Time and Patience, but I promise you that its taste and result are worth it.

## So put on your apron and join me in my kitchen!

**You'll need the following ingredients:**

DOUGH FOR AN 11 X 7 INCHES PAN APPROX.

260 gm of wheat flour, whatever you have at home.
210 gms of warm water.
4 gms of dry yeast.
5 gms of salt.
8 gms of olive oil.

NOTE: For a larger focaccia, double the quantities.

DRESSING:

Coarse or fine salt
1 tsp rosemary
2 tbsps of olive oil.

Focaccia is an artisan bread from Italy that is famous worldwide, however, according to some articles, its origin is not known with precision. But, what we do know is that its flavor is delicious, and it can be combined with different cheeses and sausages and why not, with a good wine.

Hola, mi linda gente de Hive! Espero se encuentren muy bien y estén disfrutando de un merecido descanso en familia.

Hace algún tiempo que quería publicar en la comunidad de @creativecuisine y por fin se dió la oportunidad, así que hoy les traigo una receta que es mi adoración y además se presta para sacar nuestra parte artística, porque pienso que, definitivamente, en la cocina también se puede hacer arte.

En el video de hoy les enseñaré como hacer una Focaccia, pero no cualquier focaccia, porque la que haremos hoy será una **Focaccia Artística** que en realidad es muy fácil de hacer, sin embargo requiere de algo que es muy preciado para todos nosotros, Tiempo y Paciencia, pero les prometo que su sabor y resultado los valen.

**Vas a necesitar los siguientes ingredientes:**

MASA PARA UNA BANDEJA DE 27 X 17 CM APROX.
