동래 롯데백화점 인근 냉면 -호함흥냉면-

아직 추운 날씨가 덜 풀렸지만 갑자기 면이 먹고 싶어 호함평면옥을 찾아갔습니다
호함평면옥은 동래 롯데백화점 뒷골목에 위치하고 있습니다

자세히 보지않으면 그냥 함평면옥처럼 보이는 간판입니다

들어와서 매뉴판을 보니 뚝배기갈비탕이 맛있어보였지만
저희는 목적대로 그냥 얼치기 냉면으로 주문했습니다

뜨거운 육수와 함께 온 무채입니다

얼치기 냉면은 물냉면과 비빔냉면의 중간쯤 되는 냉면입니다
물비빔이라고 보시면 비슷할것 같습니다
양념이 많아보여서 조금 짠것 아닌가 걱정했지만 
비비고 나서 보니 걱정할 필요는 없었습니다

잘 비빈 후, 가위로 면을 자릅니다
면 위에 올려져있는 가오리회가 쫄깃합니다
함흥냉면의 특성상 맛이 강한것 같진 않습니다
보이는것만큼 맵거나 짠 그런맛은 아닙니다

개인적으로 아주 맛있게 먹었다기보다
점심 한끼 먹었다 정도로 평가하고싶습니다
