I think the main fear that was exploited by their accusations was that the "early adopters" / whales were basically using their acquired Steem Power to game the system and funnel more money to themselves by upvoting fake accounts that they also owned. The whole time I was reading it, I was thinking their facts definitely made the case for suspicious behavior. Despite that though, everything that they described (creating multiple accounts, upvoting your own content, etc.) is all technically allowed.

I have one big issue with your post, which is that you are essentially doing one of the same things they did and making blind accusations towards Dan and Ned. I upvoted some of those posts too (mainly for putting in a lot of effort and interesting topic) - does that mean I was behind it too?

I really enjoyed the rebuttal that you wrote, the defense of your actions, and the list of stuff you have done to improve Steem/it. The unfounded speculative accusations though, not so much.
