Is TDK Taekwon-Do? I would imagine not maintaining certain amount of mobility in ones body can cause instant injuries in such sports as Taekwon-Do. As would poor muscle power or not warming up enough before the workout. But the thing is, in too many cases I find people believing that stretching only means those looooooong painful static stretch positions that really aren't recommended right after any kind of workout. Only separately on a completely different day if one really wants to do those. I find myself explaining more than often that there's stretching and then there's stretching. But hey, one person at a time. Let's spread the word of stretching! :)
