As for the notifications, I haven't received them in a while, so again, it's not a big issue for me.

Either way, we need to remove ALL SPAM. I don't think the WALLET SPAM is nearly as big of a problem as ALL OF THE OTHER SPAM that we see on a daily basis.

Maybe we focus on the other Spam first, then Look at the Wallet Spam later. After-all, Wallet Spam is simply increasing your value of Steem, and decreasing someone else's value -- which isn't a problem as long as you're an upstanding member of the community :)
