Today I would like to show you guys some progress that I have on the traditional field cause the last days I almost burned my eyes by staring at my screens. However, there is nothing better than taking some rest. *And today is my birthday so, I have to sacrifice another goat in the bathroom to keep my art powers*.

It's cool to have breaks from time to time, but give the grind another chance first, cause the thing is that you might not really need that rest, you might just resist doing the thing that you have to do. Telling yourself that you will do it later, but guess what. You are not going to, because other things are coming in the pipeline, and the work that you have to do now will get buried under a whole pile of tasks that you say you will do later. Do your stuff now. Take break later. **The only thing that you have to procrastinate on is your rest.**

Right now I'm looking for my rice paper to help me build better symmetry on this bad boy, this will take a while. I broke my thin mechanical pencil. *New lesson learned- expensive equipment does not always buy you quality!* And I had to get back to the old methods, by sharpening the graphite. This slows the process a bit but, at least it's fun.
I'm happy that I've got back to this drawing cause it reminds me somehow for my of my old works.

This was actually the first time that i've been using rice paper. It's one of the oldest tricks in the book and is really helpful if you want to duplicate shapes. I will show you guys how to do that in the next post... so stay tuned
