I spoke to a fairly large stakeholder recently who doesn't believe in downvoting and wonder if they could be swayed if rewards were removed from their content. Also, grumpycat appeared earlier today, but has no vested stake, yet. We have been long overdue a change, time will tell how this particular one pans out. Any plans to use the mighty OCDB stake to remove pending rewards from the undeserved?
