liebe Freunde der Freiheit und des Glücks,
liebe Mitleser,
grundsätzlich sind Impfungen gegen bestimmte Infektionserkrankungen ein Segen für die Menschheit - vor allem dann wenn Nutzen und Risiko einer Impfung in einem gesunden Verhältnis zu einander stehen. Dabei ist jedoch stets zu beachten, dass ein Impfstoff ausreichend wirksam und vor allem sicher ist. Ist dies nicht der Fall, dann sollte ein solcher Impfstoff auch nicht eingesetzt werden.
Bei den mRNA Impfstoffen von Biontech besteht entgegen des offiziellen Narrativs und der Empfehlungen der STIKO weiterhin der berechtige Zweifel, dass dieses Sicherheitsprofil im Sinne eines gesunden Nutzen Risiko Verhältnisses **nicht** wirklich gegeben ist, so dass meines Erachtens die Voraussetzungen für einen bedenkenlosen Einsatz dieses Hochrisikoimpfstoffes am Menschen nach wie vor nicht gegeben ist.
Zum einen wurden meines Wissens nach bislang die Rohdaten der Impfstudie, welche als Basis für die Notfallzulassung in Europa und den USA verwendet wurde nicht veröffentlicht und zum anderen zeigen erste Auswertungen der Massenimpfungen in Israel, dass in der Gruppe der geimpften Personen die Fallzahlen an COVID-19 Erkrankungen nur 30 Prozent unter den Fallzahlen an COVID-19 Erkrankungen in der Gruppe der Nicht Geimpften Personen liegt. Dazu ist anzumerken, dass diese Zahlen aus Israel auf Grund des weit fortgeschrittenen Impfprogrammes (rund 25 Prozent der Bevölkerung ist schon geimpft) auf eine relativ große Datenbasis zurückgreifen können. Zum Vergleich - in Deutschland sind bislang erst rund 2 Prozent der Bevölkerung geimpft und das rund einen Monat nach Zulassung des Impfstoffes in der EU. Rein rechnerisch braucht dieses Land bei dem gegenwärtigen Tempo bei der Impfung rund 4 Jahre um die Bevölkerung durch zu impfen. Wer mit Blick auf dieses Staatsversagen der Regierung in diesem Land ein gutes Zeugnis ausstellt, hat entweder keine mathematischen Grundkenntnisse oder ist Teil des Regierungskomplotts gegen das eigene Staatsvolk.
Wie dem auch sei - dieses Staatsversagen könnte sich im Nachhinein noch als Glücksfall für die Bürger dieses Landes erweisen, zeigen doch erste Auswertung dass der als Wundermittel gepriesene Impfstoff von Biontech doch nicht so sicher zu sein scheint, wie allgemeinhin behauptet wird.
<h3>Tod durch Impfung?</h3>
Tim Zook, ein dreifacher Familienvater, ist tot. Auch Gregory Michael, ein kerngesunder 56-jähriger Arzt und Gynäkologe aus Miami Beach starb innerhalb weniger Tage, nach dem er eine mRNA Impfung erhalten hatte, an den Folgen eines Schlaganfalls. Der Schlaganfall war mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit ursächlich mit einer als Idiopathische Thrombozytopenische Purpura bezeichneten Autoimmunerkrankung verbunden, welche sich bei dem geimpften Arzt innerhalb weniger Tage nach der Impfung erstmals einstellte. Unverständlich ist, warum selbst mehr als einem Monat nach dem Tod, die Ursache zum Tode des Arztes nicht aufgeklärt wurde.
Auch aus Placer County in Kalifornien wird ein Todesfall unmittelbar nach der Impfung mit einem nicht näher bezeichneten COVID-19 Impfstoff berichtet. In allen Fällen tun die Medien und die Politik so, als ob dies seltene Einzelfälle seien. Dem ist leider nicht so.
EDIT:
Denn bislang wurden **130 Todesfälle im Zusammenhang mit den 23.5 Millionen Impfungen an die Überwachungsstellen der zuständigen Behörden gemeldet.** Dennoch wird seitens der Verantwortlichen von Biontech und in der Politik so getan, als seien diese Todesfälle akkzidenteller Natur - sprich der Tod der Geimpften ein Zufall gewesen, der aller Wahrscheinlichkeit keinen kausalen Zusammenhang zur stattgehabten Impfung habe.
Angesichts der an die die Surveillance der Zulassungsbehörden berichteten Toten ist der offiziellen Darstellung eines vermeintlich bedenkenlos durchführbaren Einsatzes der Impfstoff durchaus Zweifel angebracht.
Denn aus den bislang vorliegenden Zahlen lässt sich ein**Todefallrisiko von 1:180000** im Rahmen einer Impfung für den Einzelnen herleiten. **Damit ist das Risiko einer Impfung mit dem mRNA Impfstoff als potentiell tödlich zu bezeichnen.**
Dies sind grundsätzlich alarmierende Zahlen, die Zweifel am Sicherheitsprofil des mRNA Impfstoffes von Biontech aufkommen lassen. Bedenkt man dabei dass laut der öffentlich zugänglichen 2 Monats Studiendaten die absolute Risikoreduktion nicht an COVID-19 zu erkranken bei diesem Impfstoff bei rund 0.0084 Prozent liegt - sprich die NNTV (number needed to vaccinate) bei rund 119 notiert - sprich man 119 Menschen derzeit impfen muss um eine COVID-19 Infektion zu verhindern - und somit schätzungsweise rund 12000 Menschen vermutlich impfen muss um einen Todesfall zu verhindern, vorausgesetzt der Impfstoff hat eine 100 prozentige Schutzwirkung, die er nachweislich nicht hat, dann ergeben sich im Falle einer unzureichenden Immunität gegen das SARS-CoV2 Virus in meinen Augen mehr als berechtigte Zweifel an der Legitimation der Zulassung dieses mRNA Impfstoffes zur Anwendung beim Menschen. Dies gilt umso mehr vor dem Hintergrund, dass die vorläufigen Ergebnisse aus Israel zeigen, dass die Zahl der COVID-19 Erkrankungen in der Gruppe der Geimpften nur um 30 Prozent niedriger lag als in der Gruppe der Nicht-geimpften Personen. was wiederum Zweifel an der vorgegeben Wirksamkeit der mRNA Impfstoffe weckt.
Diese Überlegungen hinsichtlich des Nutzen Risikoprofils des mRNA Impfstoffes von Biontech sprechen nach meinem dafür halten eher gegen den Einsatz des Impfstoffes beim Menschen - zumindest bei Personengruppen, die von Natur aus ein extrem niedriges Todesfallrisiko im Falle einer SARS-CoV-2 Infektion haben, sprich bei all jenen die jünger als 40 Jahre sind - und dies freilich nur unter der Annahme dass die Behauptung des Herstellers einer Wirksamkeit des Impfstoffes auch zutreffend ist und nicht möglicherweise später zu schwereren Krankheitsverläufen bei absinkenden der Antikörperspiegel im Falle einer Viruschallenge führt.
<h3>Schwere Impfreaktionen in bis zu 15 Prozent der gemeldeten Fälle mahnen zur Vorsicht</h3>
Der Einsatz des mRNA Impfstoffes ist grundsätzlich mit der Gefahr für schwere Impfreaktionen verbunden. Laut dem Register heißt es hierzu - Zitat:
>‘About 85-90% of vaccine adverse event reports concern relatively minor events, such as fevers or redness and swelling at the injection site. The remaining reports (less than 15%) describe serious events, such as hospitalizations, life-threatening illnesses, or deaths`
Fazit:
Jede Indikation zur Impfung ist im Hinblick auf das Sicherheitsprofil der mRNA Impfstoffe sorgfältig und individuell zu prüfen und die zu impfende Person auch über das Risiko tödlicher Impfkomplikationen vorbehaltslos und wertfrei aufzuklären. Das Todesfallrisiko durch die Impfung liegt rechnerisch zwar "nur" bei 1:180000 - auf ein Land wie Deutschland hochgerechnet bedeutet dies dennoch, dass durch die Impfung rund 500 Menschen zu Tode kommen werden.
Die Gefahren für schwere Impfkomplikationen einschliesslich anaphylaktischer Schocks die schlussendlich im Krankenhaus behandelt werden müssen sind dabei unberücksichtig geblieben. Noch mehr gilt es auf die Gefahren von Autoimmunerkrankungen hinzuweisen, die langfristig als Folge der mRNA Impfung zu Tage treten können.
Vor dem Hintergrund der real existierenden Sicherheitsbedenken für den mRNA Impfstoff von Biontech, empfehle ich entgegen der offiziellen Empfehlung im jüngst erschienen Bulletin der Ständigen Impfkomission (STIKO) jedem der sich impfen lassen will vor einer Impfung eine serolgische Testung auf kreuzreagierende Antikörper gegen SARS-CoV-2 Viren und last but not least auch gegen SARS-CoV-2.
Die pauschale Empfehlung der STIKO alles und jeden zu impfen der nicht bei drei auf den Bäumen ist - ohne vorher auf bereits vorliegende Immunität gegen SARS-CoV-2 zu testen, ist in Anbetracht des relativ hohen Todesfallrisikos definitiv abzulehnen und unverantwortlich.
Jeder der Geimpft werden soll muss meines Erachtens mit Blick auf die gebotene Sorgfalt diese Möglichkeiten an die Hand bekommen und ebenso schonungslos über die Risiken einer mRNA Impfung aufgeklärt werden.
Meines Erachtens ist mit Blick auf die Bedenken beim Sicherheitsprofil des Biontech Impfstoffes der kollektive Einsatz der mRNA Impfung in Form einer Massenimpfung grundsätzlich abzulehnen und wenn dann nur auf jene Gruppen in der Bevölkerung zu beschränken bei denen das Mortalitäts- und Morbiditätsrisiko einer SARS-CoV-2 Infektion, dass Impfrisiko signifikant übersteigt. Dabei ist die Indikation zum Einsatz eines solchen Impfstoffes besonders bei alten hochbetagten und Menschen mit Vorerkrankungen im Blick auf den meist reduzierten Allgemeinzustand besonders sorgfältig zu stellen und zu prüfen.
Im Zweifel sollte auch einen besser verträglichen und wirksameren Impfstoff zurück gegriffen werden, dessen Sicherheitsprofil nachweislich nicht nur eine protektive Wirkung gegen eine SARS-CoV-2 Infektion beinhaltet und darüber hinaus nicht mit einer sehr hohen Rate an schweren und sehr schweren Impfkomplikationen verbunden ist.
Hier hat die Bundesregierung leider ebenfalls versagt in dem sie eine Impfstoffstrategie verfolgt, die sich nicht an der Wirksamkeit und der Sicherheit eines Impfstoffes orientiert, sondern in erster Linie den Partikularinteressen der Pharmalobby dient.
Ein solches Vorgehen zum Schaden der Bevölkerung und der Gesundheit des Einzelnen ist grundsätzlich abzulehnen - auch vor dem Hintergrund, dass mögliche Impfschäden gegen den Bund de facto nur selten auf rechtlichem Wege eingeklagt werden können.
