When we launch the ICO it will be at www.vivaco.in (right now it's just a parking page while we work out some details on the look and feel of the site) This is an early information bulletin because @dantheman happened to mention a basic income coin and so we decided to explain our vision of a sustainable system providing all that and more. Plus the act of making these postings is challenging my ability to distill the whitepaper into an actual whitepaper instead of a whitenovel. ;)
