The US embassy is literally holding them hostage in Mexico now until Che and Casey can document they are US citizens with proof of residency with original documents for the past 5 years to get the baby’s documents to travel home.

But are you really surprised?  MSM news...has always been responsible for the brainwashing of the American people.  

But then the internet came along and for a brief moment in time, the American people got a glimpse to what was happening around them w/out the govt's censor and propaganda.  People began connecting, talking, hearing, and understanding one another without being told what to think and what to feel.  

But year by year, the govt's grip on the net got stronger and stronger.  Facebook gobbled up all the small forums/bb boards and shuttled traffic from small sites to the fb site.  Google and FB did away with anonymous profiles.  And when you're chatting online, you don't know if your talking to a bot, a troll, or propaganda firm.

There is a video on YouTube showing news anchors from different channels saying the same thing. It was around Christmas time and it seemed like they were just trying to get people to spend more. Some of them had different versions, but for the most part they said.

This is by far the best coverage of this issue I've seen--not just factually, but stylistically. I like how you've put all of the clips on simultaneously, to show how powerful the message is. That was spot on. I think people tend to think it's some kind of conspiracy--and I guess in a way you could think of it as one. But really, it just gets down to who owns the news stations. EVERY news station does this. It's really a matter of bottom line. Producing the same story for everyone to use saves a lot of money, effort, and time. If you only have to rely on one copy, then you're not going to have to farm out your work. Unfortunately, reporters are blighted by this. But...this is the way it's done for a lot of breaking news.

This is not just the result of consolidation, but a nationwide psy-op to manipulate public perception and direct talking points.  Only fact-verified information from trusted media outlets (like themselves, lol) is believable, by implication in the exampled story.  What's the answer provided to this dilemma by the social media arbiters?  Why censorship, of course.  Fake news is "dangerous to our democracy".  Right.  And what are you, exactly?  So now when a real journalist publishes a story that conflicts with the narrative the controlling entities are trying to sell, they're "fake news" and banned from SM. I don't watch news on TV anymore, local or otherwise. It's never done anything for me. You hear different names, slightly different details, but it's all the same stories over and over...someone got killed, by a gun, in a car, by a cop...Drug busts, legal and illegal drugs...natural disasters, mud slides, forest fires, volcanoes...then there's the political issues.

Illegal aliens, amnesty or not, the congressional budget, gun regulation, this politician is corrupt, that politician is corrupt, health care, government welfare in general, taxation, the economy, bankers and the market...all deliberate divisive political tactics by BOTH Conservatives and Liberals to control the population and keep People from coming together as a majority influence.

What would be nice is to have the news on news stations and ban politics and government issues; politics, politicians and government (local, state, federal and international) on their own specific outlets.

The viral video is difficult to talk about.  There were stories about it on the Conservative internet media that I usually consume and then there were stories about it on the Liberal media that blamed President Trump for it.

I agree with the message about fake news.  It is unfortunate that political messages are being broadcast on ALL of the news stations and the National news stations (what is usually considered the MSM) push false stories all the time based on fake data inspired by Hillary's dirty-trick campaign style.  

How else would the President fight back against someone and her cronies who won't concede the election to the voters than to hire Sinclair?

That being said, political messages don't belong on news stations that are supposed to have unbiased journalism that tell people what is going on.  The Sinclair message is just as repetitive as the false messaging that comes from MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, WashPo, NYTImes, HuffPo, etc.. 

While I agree politically with the Sinclair message and the need to fight back against the corporate media, I don't agree with the spreading of political propaganda in general.  Unfortunately, we live in a world where politicians, banksters, and CEOs think it is ok to lie in the medium where people used to get the information they needed to be educated voters.  They do it for personal gain and do not care about the citizens of our country.

Also, have you ever considered that both political parties continue to divide the populace with this propaganda you are aware of, rather than bring them together? I saw another video like this about "the easter bunny losing the hop in his step" and it's not just a group of channels. These scripts often come right from the government. The dangerous thing about this particular message is its attack on "fake news". I'm glad you are tackling this issue. We live in a constitutional republic, not a simple democracy. He responded:
