# To start with, I will say all exercises are good, and you could get a fast result through each if found a good fitness professional. No exercise is a waste, and I will urge you to consider these 5 Active Ideas. Enjoy your time reading! # 1. Go for pre-dinner walks  After a stress-filled day and a day filled with snacks, scheduling a walk into your daily agenda is the best as it ensures you to be healthier. Chose the best that suits your status; whether you head into the town or you just wish to cruise the neighbourhood. To make walking more enticing, it is best when you make a sport of it. While on the walk (on your toes), it is amazing saying “Hi” to a cat sitting in the window, or a Dog at the staircase. At another, run up a high road, it helps improve your endurance and thigh physique. And, with your headset on, dance down the sloppy road in styles. Yes, they will laugh at you, kindly reply with a smile. It’s good for your health. When you get home, take a cup of milk with a light food for dinner. Enjoy! Don’t share it since you didn’t share the hard-work with anyone. Lol… # 2. Crank up the music and shake it  Not only your emotion, but also your physical appearance will be astonishing and sexy. Dancing drops a lot of positive feedback to your health. Ask, a psychologist, you will receive the best of answers. But, I know and I’m sure that “dancing is one of the best exercises for both adults and kids”. # 3. Walk your pet  On the Study of Obesity, new research from North American Association shows that dog-owners had more fun and at the same time lose weight. This helps them keep it off (fat) faster than non-pet-owners. Do you still lack a darling? Go look for some. It makes your lifespan a lovable one. Dogs are more or less like a charm, go get yours. 4. 1000 squats  I could remember when I was younger, as a lover of football, I met a bro (football senior) while training, he challenged me while we were both dragging for a ball, I was unable to shield my asset (ball). After which I learned something amazing. He told me “you need a thousand squats” then I asked “how could I go about that sir?” and He replied: You find 100 light stones (size of a groundnut) Divide it into ten places… that’s ten sets I think? Now, separate it with a meter each (right in front of you, you put ten, you take two legs then drop the other ten. Repeat till the stones are finished. You will discover in the end that you have ten sets of 10 stones. Now! To the real deal!!! Squat down while on your toes, and pick up the stones one-by-one till you finish it; you stand upright when a stone is being picked; you repeat the movement till the end of the exercise. Move to the next then drop all the ten you have in your hand one-by-one by squatting again. Pick up the 20 again, and then drop them at the next juncture….. And, keep on doing that till you reach the tenth set. It’s really hard to achieve, as courage and endurance are vital tools to finish up. Don’t be scared, as a big and strong thigh awaits you. But, you are going to feel the consequence, although a positive effect (a lighter thigh). # 5. Endurance  Take a slight road walk or a slight run for like 15 minutes. Once you are warm, then, go as hard as you can; as fast as you can for twenty seconds. After this, take a ten-second break. Repeat 9 more times for a total of 5 minutes. There you are: I discovered this as a footballer. I engage in this training drill, five days a week and for a good 3 months. I improved hugely, not only my endurance on the pitch, but also my pace. # N.B: Personally, I think using a high school track, neighbourhood, or a spacious environment is less dangerous than a treadmill. Treadmills are fun, but I think might be DANGEROUS. Although, I’m a newbie to indoor instruments like a treadmill. # 6. Take enough rest after each drill (or maybe daily)  I think I’m direct; it’s as simple as sitting down on a couch and watch your favourite show. Walk down the street in the evening, and have fun; maybe with your friends. Or lie down on your bed and look for a two hours sleep. # CONGRATULATIONS!!!
