I believe a majority of people buy and hold which is further reducing the supply. I don't think the price of bitcoin will ever stop climbing till it stops being printed and the supply is really getting close to max now. Nearly 85% of all bitcoin is mined and in circulation there is not much more to go around. Owning just 1 Bitcoin is a massive gain. But there are people with thousands of bitcoin which in a way is a bit worrisome.
