I have been looking into mining with pcs and from the looks of things right now mining with pcs will take a long time whereas, mining with mining machines the asics is more rewarding. Also, some of the applications for mining with pcs some of them are fake and some are using your pc resources to get the lion share leaving you with peanuts.
