I did say we are getting close to EMA40 and the EMA trend is clearly upward... So maybe 4 more weeks and then we see some refreshing values...

Yes... That's why I said maybe... It only requires lowest finished trade price to touch EMA40, not the monthly closing or average price. Weekly charts have already touched EMA40, but that's just because weekly EMA doesn't smooth out all the ups and downs.
