That's interesting that Microsoft would do this. I think it would actually help them on Xbox. Mainly because then people can stop scamming them to get free Xbox Live Gold memberships by making fake accounts and all that jazz.

Since I am not a gamer, I dont know about that realm.  But it sounds like a perfect way to verify so that they dont have people pulling that stunt.

That article also mentioned Linked In..now a Softy property...and using the blockchain to develop a rep system.
