 People have to watch out for this one! I sent some bitcoin from my Blockchain to Bittrex but did NOT pay enough for the MINER fee! It is stuck, they claim forever in limbo. I have no idea to cancel and send again. Anyone here have the same or similiar problem?

It will (eventually) either confirm or return to your wallet unspent. Currently there is an enormous backlog in the Bitcoin blockchain, this means that you will either have to pay higher transaction fees or wait much longer for confirmations. Rumors that China is banning Bitcoin are taking thousands of mining rigs offline. Because equipment is being sold at unreasonable premiums, this means much less processing power to confirm much fewer transactions. Unless the market stabilizes, this could cause a significant crash in the value of Bitcoin and a possible "fire sale" on ASIC miners.
