I agree that this is a potential direction: use potential liabilities members already have in other blockchains, without introducing new ones. But I'm afraid that means using some other token (not issuing Respect). The problem is with issuing a transferrable token. It probably does not matter much on which blockchain we do it, it will still introduce potential liabilites..
