The business of content distribution is tilted against publishers and content creators while the intermediaries through whose platforms these contents get delivered to the consumers make disproportionate earning with respect to the value they add. Big search engines like Google chrome and Bing of Microsoft due to their established presence and far-reaching influence control most of the revenues from online interactions while while developers content creators and publishers are left with an insignificant percentage of the takings. This is neither the best advertisement for hard work nor does it encourage creativity. 

An online experience that to a large extent eliminates the overwhelming influence of these intermediaries thereby creating a direct relationship between creators publishers and consumers through an incentive driven protocol would help to enrich the ecosystem and also create a transparent fair and equitable allocation and distribution of profits from online business. 

The goal of Media Protocol is to midwife and facilitate such a platform that allows for a mutual benefit for all players ranging from content creators, publishers to consumers.Here the publishers will be adequately compensated, the consumers will get rewards for reading sharing liking contents and perhaps for surveys that might arise in the course of interacting with such contents.This whole mutually beneficial community centred protocol will be driven by  
Media Tokens. As a against what is presently obtainable in which for a publisher to connect with the consumer the publisher would have to go through an intermediary for a example a social media or a search engine by pasting their URL to get through the consumer the media protocol would disintermediate the such intermediaries create a direct publisher to consumer relationship. 

With a team with varying degrees of experience in the media and block chain architecture it is expected that Media Protocol will initiate an innovation that would help to generate the momentum needed to cause a disruption in online content distribution thereby creating a new and more profitable and rewarding experience for content creators and consumers.
