This looks like a great inititative, dont forget all the lawyers, barristers attorneys all work for the state too, people are under the illusion a lawyer works for you, they dont, also this will allow people to practice the law for themselves and not to be thrown in jail for doing so.  Its high time the so called justice system became what it is truly supposed to be, excellent.
