I also love these kind of underdog stories but personally I feel like he was not beaten up enough before he started proving people wrong. It's first episode was the best one for me this season but as the story progressed he became more and more alike to the usual isekai protagonist that gets convenient power ups when needed, well I have only seen the anime anyway so I can't say the same to the source material. One last thing, he should really ought to pay back the red head princess for what she owes him, that would be one of the most satisfying thing that the anime adaptation could offer lol.
