Sometimes we see how people mistreat others, demanding tasks that they themselves can not fulfill, in reality I believe that anyone else can do our will, as long as those people can earn the respect of others, and for this what better scenario than to be an example and that the leader seeks to make others do their will because they have earned the respect of him. because it goes beyond performing the activities of their subordinates.  

Whoever changes the paradigms of the traditional has to deal with the rumors of a society accustomed to the traditional, but that deep inside is looking for changes that are adjusted to the rights and needs of today's society. 

If we want a change in our society, let's start by admiring and recognizing the effort that others make, no matter how small it may seem, this exalts our humility and extinguishes our pride, being an example to others motivates the great masses to work as the majority should accept, with dignity, humility and commitment.
