Maybe we should just co-ordinate a comment attack on discord, stuff the flags..... 

E.G....

But seriousLY, I don't think your posts are generally worth £200, neither does anyone else on this platform. You're just making yourself look stupid by self-voting them to such an over-inflated value. 

The majority of steemians have no respect for you as a result. You're really not doing yourself any favours, and all for the sake of a few dollars. It's time to stop now."

I've actually seen him in the audience of some of @pennsif's steem shows, so he does keep an eye on this stuff.
