They're an ERC20 Token, so they won't be mined.  They are a utility token, with 2,000,000 reserved for the founders, and the rest for the ICO and the platform itself.  :)  Let me know if you have any other questions.  Holders will share in profits of the platform from enterprise customers as we roll out Enterprise Level Deployments to companies that want to automatically flag inaccurate news content/hate content, etc. (with the option to censor hate content/graphic content, although we never censor by default) and embed our APIs in their sites, they will be able to transact in the marketplace, will earn additional Booleancoin rewards, and will be able to utilize it as a store of value as it expands.  There will also be integration with SMTs and the Steem Blockchain once SMTs are out.

A percentage of profit will be reserved for Booleancoin Holders, which will be divided among those that hold them in proportion to the amount held.   It is likely 30-50% of company profits divided proportionately among holders (TBD), so the speculation here is if the company will gain a lot of business.   Deals with companies will be transparently held on the Blockchain for holders to monitor.  We are also trading on https://hotbit.io, where holders can also day trade/hold long term and trade.  We're in a long-term contract with that Exchange.   So, as more is sold in Round 2, volume and liquidity will increase even further.
