Thanks for the reply. I'm well aware of that. The computer was built well before the Ryzen APUs came out. Also did I not mention in the video that I probably wouldn't recommend this particular build now? I believe I did. The PSU was reused from other builds, and has been very reliable. When I first bought it I thought it was 80 plus certified as I thought I saw it on the box, but it wasn't. Regardless, it has been reliable and I'll be reusing it and some parts on the budget build video I'm doing. Even if not 80 plus certified, Thermaltake is a reputable brand. It's not as if I went with a Logisys PSU.
If you're not happy with that, please consider I work in retail and had my hours cut majorly. If you want to see a Ryzen 2400G or anything else where I don't have to reuse parts I already own, you can become a patron at Patreon.com/joeytechtalks . Without the support right now, the content you see is the content you get. But with the support or once I find a better job, I'll definitely do a Ryzen APU build.
