Some aspects of this ad were well done, whereas I have an issue with other aspects. 

* Your results were decent, which is great. 
* The ad copy included almost no information differentiating Ballerina from other programming languages. Googling, I see that it is defined as "a programming language built around supporting application programming interfaces (APIs) as a first-class entity." That seems like relevant information for developers. 
* Once you defined profession and interests, I see no reason to exclude women. Sure, most developers are men, but you already narrowed that down in your scope.
