There aren't really any downsides to Busy.org. All your posts, followers, likes, etc. is on the STEEM blockchain so they are on Busy.org as well.
And if you post on Steemit, it is visible on Busy and if you post on Busy it is visible on Steemit. Just like with DTube yes.

There aren't any real benefits to using both that I can see though
