my dad takes an expensive medicine for dry nerves, the medicine is also an antifungal & polyketide, meaning it uses carbon & minerals in the same way.

this is the same idea as non-psychedelic mushrooms, curing neurological diseases in the brain & nerves.

it definitely seems to be antimicrobial, this reminds me of medical mushrooms that grows off birch trees, the sap is maple syrup & natural tree minerals, the mushroom converts it into ketone, becomes Polyketide, just like a penicillin.

the guy who talks about Russian village next to radioactive fallout, who had 8 generations of family living to 120 years old & perfect health taking probiotics.

fermentation of carbohydrates chemicals are polyketide, is what i am trying to replicate using acetic or citric acid & minerals.

problem with specific microbes, is nobody wants to injest some random microbes, no matter what miracle snake oil strategy.

so my conclusion was to make the ions & polyketide directly.

the nitrogen & sulfur always contained inside polyketide medications is irrelevant, because the ions flip everything like a charged antioxidant.

i went ahead and made the updated version, using citric acid powder concentrate, wood ash, Now minerals, mixed in water & boiled for 30 minutes, and let to settle, put a few drops in my drink over the night, and it definitely works the same way, but much more powerful.

the original way seems just fine, i just wanted to try the extreme version, and it works.

minerals & citric acid bleach the bottom soot pure white, like a tooth, might try using the bottom minerals for tooth drops.

i added a little sodium bicarbonate in the vinegar, until the sizzling stopped & the liquid is neutralized, and seems working much better, you were right, sodium is important to the mix.

with the sodium, it was only like half a tea spoon for the entire vinegar bottle, much lower then the recommended daily intake, so its not very much, but its ion charged.

when i take a little sip, from a gallon of water, and one shot, with Sodum.. just one big swig, my body starts tingling.

so one shot in one gallon onceva week, means one shot a week.

so its not very much at all & triggers all kinds of reactions.

been testing the vinegar mineral ions for a few months, but the NOW Complex has no Sodium, so i added it, and now its supercharged the whole thing, only need a very small sip & sweat out grease, its completely breaks down toxic buildup, plaques ect..

meaning any kind of toxic Nitrate or Glyphosate salts causing havoc, it would probably clear it all up.

you ever gotten Pomegranate, Acai berry juice & a handful of Vitamin C for extreme antioxidant power, expecting a head/chest cold to be gone the next day, and its just as bad or worse as before?

well the vinegar & minerals are the opposite of that, just a teaspoon in a glass of water, your entire body actually feels the antioxidant procedure in realtime.

and it dont stop chiseling away at stuff for just a few hours, more like 24 to 48 hours, it seems to tingle most where the problem areas are.

in my opinion Sodium is the master mineral, not Magnesium.

added a bunch of Magnesium in the mix, it works ok, but its nothing like Sodium.

im blending, raw apple cider vinegar, raw honey, probiotics & kambucha, to ensure the good bacteria continues to increse the acidic qualities to the minerals, training them to become battle hardened.

its almost like the charged ions naturally bind to the diseased area &/parasitic microbe, bind & swells them up, then the immunity instantly discovers the hiding spot & goes to war, and also utilizing the mineral ions as immunity boosting redox reactions.

the idea Cannabis has the ability to cure disease, but why?

im suspecting its because of the complex minerals acids & oils.

if you ever get a chance to taste a fresh Cannabis leaf raw, its spicy hot.

the reason people cough smoking it, is because of the black pepper or almost radish spice.

its acidic, and the deep tap root makes it a superfood, lots of minerals are required, otherwise the plant is stunted, like a tomato plant.

its an excess of minerals & acids.

if yoy get to noticing a little too much minerals, you can taste it on your sweat, then drink a teaspoon raw vinegar or citric in water.

it activates, detoxifys chelates the electrolytes, pulling out poisons & killing critters times 10.

seems the vinegar minerals go monoatomic or polyatomic, so they are absorbed completely  but if like me, you took a lot, and notice it might be a little too much, then you can light them up & this may be an effective way to light up the critters as well.
