Nice tips as always man. I'm guilty of posting pretty often sometimes, but no more than 4 times a day. Sometimes the creativity is just flowin', you know! Other times it's just a couple times a day. I always try to keep it quality and switch up the categories. But maybe you're right and I should slow down lol. 

You were spot on about keeping followers once you get them, or more importantly keeping them *engaged*. Only a tiny handful of my followers tend to engage with my posts. I think I could do a better job of bringing engaging content. Anyway I appreciate the pointers and keep doing your thing man, peace!
