<h3>What's Up STACKERS!</h3><br>
<p>The "Cryptocurrency Market" seems pretty scary the last 2 weeks for many newbies who entered the markets in November and December. 👺</p>
<p>The charts on coinmarketcap have been seeing more red than green days of late. I've also heard throughout "Social Media" that all the new people are "scared shitless" about there investment and been quietly selling. Most of them have already lost half there investment. 😳</p>
<p>For about 6 months, I had so many new people asking for advice on what to invest in and how they should approach it.&nbsp;🤷🏼‍♂️</p>
<p>Many of them start droppin' names like Digibyte, Dogecoin, IOTA, Monero, Dash etc... etc... I was so surprised that they already knew so much about "Alt Coins" and I asked them, "Where, did you get your information from?"</p>
<p>They said, "I watched people on Youtube and Facebook." <strong>SERIOUSLY!</strong> 🤣</p>
<p>I was thinking, most of them didn't even bring up "Bitcoin" and I wonders why so I asked them. They said that Bitcoin isn't fun and they heard that they can make more money doing "Alt Coins".</p>
<p>What also was so surprising that most of them didn't even know how to buy "Cryptocurrency" or let alone open an account with Coinbase... This blew my mind! 🤯</p>
<p>So I rarely or don't even give advice to people, if they markets go bad... they will all start blaming you and start having resentment toward you... it's not worth it. 🙇🏼</p>
<p>However, I do say one thing to all the people in the "Cryptocurrency Markets" regardless if they just started or been buying crypto for several months.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Your main goal is to accumulate or obtain <strong>"One (1) Bitcoin"</strong> first before you do anything else. Once you obtain that 1 Bitcoin be sure to lock it away and never touch it for a very long time. 📆</p>
<p>Here is the deal, I believe that people need to have at least 1 Bitcoin first before they start speculating on other "Alt Coins". Bitcoin is here to stay for a very long time and it's considered a "store of value" in the crypto space.</p>
<p>People are predicting that Bitcoin will hit at least <strong>$50,000</strong> this year and hundreds of thousands of dollars down the road... I do understand that Alt Coins can have bigger "Gainz" but they also have bigger risks to the downside.</p>
<p>So my only advice is this, before buying anything else (Steem is fine); try your hardest to get at least <strong>1 Bitcoin</strong> ASAP, in other words this Year!!! Put it away and I will guarantee (maybe lol) that 1 Single Bitcoin will be your whole retirement decades from now.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Most people will argue this opinion but that's fine, they probably don't even have 1 Bitcoin. It's a shame that so may people have an opinion on "Crypto" but don't even own 1 Bitcoin.&nbsp;</p>
<p>So what are you thoughts? Do you like my idea of getting at least 1 Bitcoin before speculating on other Alts? There is an exception however, STEEM will always be a good Buy! 🤑</p>

@stackin Thanks for the advice mate there are many noobs that get into crypto without even knowing what the blockchain is... The truth is that altcoins are at the moment way more profitable than btc in the short term (btc will hardly make a X5 in the near future)...so cryptos such as ven, eos and neo are definitely a great investment...but in the other hand , when daddy btc awakes with segwit+lighting and stops being lazy with transactions, I'm superbullish about an EPIC MOON.... Definitely it's a good advice to hold at least one btc...

Thanks @stackin for always ready to give advice on crypto investment that you know is worth investing in. The advice of getting 1 Bitcoin atleast in wallet is a good one, thou most people are afraid to invest in crypto due o the previous dip but am pretty sure with speculation of Bitcoin hitting $50,000 this year should gear most people up to take the bold step and invest.

I am new to cryptocurrency and I don't know that much about it. But if you just look an the market for a while ... Without knowing a lot ... There are nearly always the same thing that you can see. BTC "rules" the market. When BTC goes up ... The altcoins also does ... When BTC goes down ... The altcoins goes down. 

Maybe my knowledge is too small and maybe I see the market wrong, but I think your advice to start with holding 1 BTC is a very good advice.

Great post! The amount of people asking for advice in general is crazy these days. I'm happy to help as many people as possible, but I usually get questions like "which altcoin will 100 or 1,000x?" If I knew that, I'd be sitting on a beach in  Hawaii!

Usually I enjoy reading your posts, however this time I totally disagree with the things you say. It doesn't matter if you own 1 bitcoin or not. People are free to give their opinions, regardless of what they own or how long they have been in the game. Every alt coin has a diffrent project and team behind them and might have good reasons for people to invest in. You main goal should not be to make big gainz but to support the technology and the whole concept of the project behind the coin. The "gainz" come naturally. 

I agree bitcoin is here to stay but it doesn't make any sense to say people should have at least 1 bitcoin. That is based on nothing...

This shows how people are into quick gains. With all these statistics I wonder how someone would not get the point; however low it goes, it's here to stay and this meaning it will shoot up, no matter what time. 
I too was in the same boat when bitcoin was valued at $900 at the start of last year, only to wake up and buy it when it's at $11000. But atleast I know am not going to be left out this time when it hits $50,000 and am willing to wait whatever time it takes

Yes, Bitcoin is the most profitable coin right now and will be more profitable in the future for those who hodl but most newbies coming into crypto now don't have that amount of money to invest on one coin so they take the other option of going by altcoins. My year will end with at least 1BTC in my wallet.

I definitely like to have at least one Bitcoin and anyone who have even the tiniest of knowledge about cryptos will certainly love to have one too. But with the limited number of Bitcoin very few will be fortunate enough to have one. Also steem will always be a good alternate to Bitcoin and in the future it will be one of the most dominant crypto.

I don't think I'm a victim of FUD, but recently I started avoiding BTC. Mainly about the high cost of the fees. I replaced it with LTC as a bit more flexible one. Trading LTC seems a bit more profitable for me as well.

Agreed: as long as BTC is the main trading pair used to trade against all other currencies, it'll remain king.

One beginner mistake I often see is paying too much attention to your portfolio's value in terms of USD, rather than in Satoshis. These newbies fail to realize that accumulating Sats is really the name of the game!

Good advice bro.
That's exactly what I told my brother nearly 2 years ago now.
Get 1 BTC and hold onto it so you have skin in the game. Luckily he listened and bought quite a few along with $10 ETH. He's happy now and will even happier by the end of 2018.
I feel for those who bought in for the first time in December but they'll get their money back and some. It's those who panicked and sold at a loss that will be sorry.

I agree. Bitcoin is definitely the end game goal! Why do you think most exchanges want BTC in order for you to trade? Sheeit Bitconnect wanted BTC before you even get started.
